• Children (5-17) — $50/month

  • 2 adults + 3 kids — $250​

    • Additional children $25/month each
       

• Enrollment Fee — $100 per patient

  • Maximum enrollment fee per household: $300

  • If membership is canceled a new enrollment fee applies upon returning

Insurance & Payment

We do not bill or contract with insurance. This allows us to provide simple, transparent pricing and focus entirely on your care—not insurance requirements.

However, this does not mean you can’t use your insurance.

You are free to use your insurance for:

• Labs (through outside labs if desired)

• Imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray, etc.)

• Medications at the pharmacy
   

If you prefer, we also offer many services at wholesale or discounted cash pricing, often lower than typical insurance rates.
